The Customer Support team have informed me on both occasions you were looking at the Bid price, when you actually needed to be looking at the Ask price as you were in a sell trade. Anyways they also FORCE you to go through skrill if depositing by credit card. Speed, commission, transaction all are good or reasonable. I have just one concern that this company doesn’t have 24/7 live chat. Very misleading for someone like me looking of AU PAMM trader to invest in.
